Table Pads FAQ's

Your custom-made table pad will typically arrive within 3–4 weeks. We strive to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress and estimated delivery date.
When you’re placing your order, the Table Shape section will let you know if a pattern is needed. If it is, we’ll email you after you order to confirm and let you know that a tracing pattern is on its way to you by mail. It’ll come with simple step-by-step instructions for tracing your table shape. Once you’re done, just send it back to us. Need help with the tracing? No problem—just give our support team a call!
Measuring your table is easy with our step-by-step measuring guide! It walks you through the whole process to make sure your table pad fits perfectly.
Yes! We’ll send you tracing paper along with easy-to-follow instructions to help you outline your table’s exact shape and size for the perfect custom fit.
We back our table pads with our workmanship guarantee. If there’s a defect due to materials or craftsmanship (not caused by misuse or natural disasters), we’ll repair, reupholster, or replace it—no worries!
We ship our custom table pads anywhere in the USA and Canada—so no matter where you are, we’ve got your table covered!
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
We charge GST and HST on Canadian orders, as required by law. If you’re in the USA, no sales tax will be applied to your order.
If your pad doesn’t fit because of a mistake on our end, don’t worry—we’ll remake it at no extra cost to make sure it fits your table perfectly.
Since each table pad is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds. However, we’re here to help and ensure that you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right!

Desk Pads FAQ's

All our pads are approx. ¼” thick

Top is a vinyl, interior is a rigid board bottom is a soft velour.

Most orders are shipped within 10 days of receipt. Allow between 14 – 21 days for you to receive your order.

Yes, for shapes we may need a pattern. For extra long mats we will need to put a fold in it. The fold does not affect the writing surface, and is just slightly noticeable.

Yes, all though all our vinyl’s have a texture, there is no problem writing on it..

Flat rate of $20 per order, not per unit. You can order 1 or 20 the shipping is still only $20
Flat rate applies to continental USA and Canada. For other locations please email for a quote.

A1 – Yes regular desk pads can be returned within 30 days at your expense. Freight charges are not refundable. Please call 1 800 668 7439 for an authorization number. Refunds will be given when we receive the returned desk pad.
A2 – Custom size desk pads are made to order and are not returnable. We will stand behind our quality and are glad to replace a desk pad that does not meet your expectations.

Yes, we can do logos. In most cases a minimum of 20 units applies. Extra charges for plate design, and stamping will apply. Please see the custom desk pad quote page for such requests.
