When will I receive my custom table pad?

Your custom-made table pad will typically arrive within 3–4 weeks. We strive to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress and estimated delivery date.

How do I know if my table needs a pattern?

When you’re placing your order, the Table Shape section will let you know if a pattern is needed. If it is, we’ll email you after you order to confirm and let you know that a tracing pattern is on its way to you by mail. It’ll come with simple step-by-step instructions for tracing your table shape. Once you’re done, just send it back to us. Need help with the tracing? No problem—just give our support team a call!

How do I measure my table for a table pad?

Measuring your table is easy with our step-by-step measuring guide! It walks you through the whole process to make sure your table pad fits perfectly.

Do you offer a pattern kit?

Yes! We’ll send you tracing paper along with easy-to-follow instructions to help you outline your table’s exact shape and size for the perfect custom fit.

What kind of warranty comes with your table pads?

We back our table pads with our workmanship guarantee. If there’s a defect due to materials or craftsmanship (not caused by misuse or natural disasters), we’ll repair, reupholster, or replace it—no worries!

Where do you ship?

We ship our custom table pads anywhere in the USA and Canada—so no matter where you are, we’ve got your table covered!

What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge GST and HST on Canadian orders, as required by law. If you’re in the USA, no sales tax will be applied to your order.

What if my table pad doesn’t fit?

If your pad doesn’t fit because of a mistake on our end, don’t worry—we’ll remake it at no extra cost to make sure it fits your table perfectly.

Do you offer refunds?

Since each table pad is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds. However, we’re here to help and ensure that you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right!

How Thick Are Your Desk Pads?

All our pads are approx. ¼” thick

What Material Are Your Desk Pads Made Out Of?

Top is a vinyl, interior is a rigid board bottom is a soft velour.

How Long Does It Take For My Order To Be Delivered?

Most orders are shipped within 10 days of receipt. Allow between 14 – 21 days for you to receive your order.

Can You Custom Make Desk Mats In Any Shape Or Size?

Yes, for shapes we may need a pattern. For extra long mats we will need to put a fold in it. The fold does not affect the writing surface, and is just slightly noticeable.

Are Your Desk Pads Smooth Enough To Write On?

Yes, all though all our vinyl’s have a texture, there is no problem writing on it..

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Flat rate of $20 per order, not per unit. You can order 1 or 20 the shipping is still only $20
Flat rate applies to continental USA and Canada. For other locations please email for a quote.

Can Desk Pads Be Returned?

A1 – Yes regular desk pads can be returned within 30 days at your expense. Freight charges are not refundable. Please call 1 800 668 7439 for an authorization number. Refunds will be given when we receive the returned desk pad.
A2 – Custom size desk pads are made to order and are not returnable. We will stand behind our quality and are glad to replace a desk pad that does not meet your expectations.

These folks were able to give me just that little extra that was solid and roomy enough. They were precise and wanted to be sure everything would work before they continued. The colour matches beautifully with my table. From the very first phone to Provincial Table Pads and speaking to Tony was nothing but outstanding. Tony came to measure our table and made very useful suggestions. Tony promised to have it delivered within three weeks and he was right on. Even the courier driver was very helpful and courteous. All round a great experience.
